Matt Kloskowski Owner

Matt Kloskowski started roofing in Eden Prairie back in 1998 and has built Pudas Construction into one of the Twin Cities’ most trusted roofing contractors. With decades of hands‑on experience, Matt has climbed the ladder—literally and figuratively—from shingling homes to running large crews and guiding homeowners through complex projects. These days, he acts primarily as a consultant for clients and a mentor for his team, helping people make smart decisions with clear communication, honest assessments, and zero upsell. Whether it’s an urgent roof replacement or a long‑term investment, Matt focuses on quality, education, and doing things the right way—even when it’s the hard way.

Luke Kloskowski Project Manager

Luke Kloskowski wears a lot of hats at Pudas Construction—coordinating permits, trailers, and materials, and making sure the crew has what they need day‑to‑day. With a background as a true jack‑of‑all‑trades, Luke is the guy you want on site when a problem pops up—he’ll either figure it out or know the right person to call. He values honesty over sales talk and never promises something Pudas can’t deliver. A lifelong Minnesotan, Luke keeps things grounded, whether he’s managing a site or fishing his favorite lake with his young son.

Brendan Lewis Project Manager

Brendan Lewis has been part of the Pudas Construction crew since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of experience and a deep appreciation for the hands‑on, results‑driven world of roofing. From hauling shingles in his early days to now managing crews and overseeing job sites, Brendan’s known for his follow‑through, fluency in Spanish, and ability to connect with both clients and crews. He still loves seeing a messy tear‑off transform into a clean, finished roof—and making sure the work is done right, every time. In the off‑season, Brendan heads to Nicaragua to scuba dive, play music, and recharge on the quiet shores of Little Corn Island.
